Which car did you wrecked? Maybe I could help with the parts....I know some people here. I wrecked 3 cars by now(total damage): Honda TypeR,Legend and Mercedes CDI320(company car,not guilty :D). In neither of these accidents speed wasnt less then 160kph  Lucky or what?
Real smart there

These kids that think its cool to rip the place up racing around in cars with music wayyy to loud get on my nerves, then they fuck it up and Daddy buys a new car, and when its fucked up another one.

Someone I knew in primary school picked a girl up to give her a lift home, he crashed. She died and he is in a vegetable state. Why run the risk of that just to be cool?

    Didn't you have insurance?

Yeah, but they'll pay for his damages, not mine, since I was guilty.

    1992 Daihatsu Applause.

And BTW, this was a really stupid accident, totally avoidable. I think it was destiny, my dad warned me, and told me he had a bad feeling and to be careful, my mates mom told him not to go with me, there were so many little coincidences that fell into place and made this happen. I wasnt driving to fast or anything, I just saw him too late and, since my tires are fecked, it took me much longer to brake. I only needed one meter to miss him, and the guy stood about 3 meters in front of the traffic light line. There are so many "what ifs" that could have stopped this from happening, it was just one of those really unlucky and stupid things.

But what can I do now, it's over, I've lost my car, my dad already said he's putting it up for sale tommorrow, I wont get another one, and it's all fine by me, I just want them to get off my back. It should better in a week or two, I'll just have to be out of the hous as much ass possible during that time.

****!!! Believe me, it would have been much easier for me if I had been injured. But luckily, none of my mates were injured. One of them hit his hand a bit, but only because he wasnt wearing his seatbelt. I was wearing mine.

Good lesson for you for the future.

And stop moaning about that car, you had good luck in all that bad luck anyway.
Hey Zlatan, I'd take her advise if I were you!

    she speaks from experience!

It could have been worse Zlatan... Be Thankful... The inconvenieces you're facing now will do you good. It's called growing up. These things happen.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!"

Anyway, I'm glad you're ok... Just watch out next time (i'm sure you will)

We can all learn from this:
    - Watch out, things can happen when you least expect it.
    - Be thankful
    - and never take a ride with Zlatan :D

I hear ya, Riv, there should be a maturity test for a driver's licence, or just crank up the age limit to 25 or something..
increasing the min age doesn't solve much... People need to drive. I can't image how i would get around in a big city without a car. (It depends on where you live i guess)

Is there really an accurate maturity test?!

    ......

One solution is to toughen the punishments for recless drivers. (That has helped me).

    Yeah, I know...

It's not that I'm a bad and dangerous driver, it's just that I'm still too inexperienced but got over confident.

    Glad you are ok Zlatan..

one solution is to put speed radars in the highway.. few years back, there was no radars between my city and Dubai.. a lot of drivers there was, in that highway and safety and traffic-jams were big issues for the authority there... and as expected... too many lives were wasted just like that..(including two of my very best freinds).. because of those blind drivers who prove nothing except that they are brainless assholes..

but, now the police planted those flashless radar cameras, in every 25 Km or so between the two cities and other highways.. and believe me, it helped.. accedents were reduced.. very much..

Well,I always must to encounter with one moralist per one discussion.

Well you know, parents never bought me an car.....My first car I bought was Mercedes 123 200D for about 2.000€,for sentimental reasons I kept it till today. Every car I crashed was bought by my money, not parents money. I dont like loud music in my car. Serial sound equipment with no amplifiers and kickers.
I race cuz I want to. It keeps my adrenaline high enoguh for life to be fun.
If I die today or tommorow,I'll enshure that I will day alone and I will die happy cuz I'll now that I did things I liked very much.(I wont die, dont wory ;) )
I never drive people with myself when I race with someone. If I eventually do,then I do not force it. Racing takes place in 1-2-3AM when major big roads are almost clear. No drinking while you're racing. If you follow some of rules of street racing, its pretty safe then. Onley one of us died in car-accident and he died on the highway hitted by the truck.

Zlatan, sorry to hear what happened to you. Please don't feel bad.

It looks like the worse is over. Luckily none got injured, which is the most important.

Your parents will get over it, do not worry about it, it will just take time.

Sorry to hear about accident Z, luckily it isn't anything that serious... :)

I had a terrible night too with cars yesterday, because I was a driver when my mates got wasted... Damn, police stopped us and I was terribly afraid because I didn't what was wrong. Luckily it was just the light that didn't work, and we fixed it in a second... Damn I hate those Opels, it's just not fun to drive 'em, they're just terrible... :irritate:

Well, all drivers have accidents sooner or later.

The way I look at it- you have to be thankful to God that you hit that car at 20 km/h, not 80, and that you sit in front of a computer screen right now, drinking Dr. Pepper, and not talking to your parents from a hospital bed.
    or smg even worse...

    i hope you're fine,sorry i didn't read the story zlatan...

Exactly 2 months ago today. I just had this car for 2 weeks. Like I said, I got a bit too over confident, it's not that I was driving like a maniac or anything, it's just that I thought "nothing will happen to me", saw the guy too late, and bang, hit him.

    And it's a car. Japanese.
