Oh the horror!!! His birthday is the worst day of the year. I'm usually drowning in my own puke, eating all kinds of pills that might make my head stop hurting... trying to figure out who the hell the girl next to me is, and so on... Imagine having your birthday ruined like that. Shit...
What??? You dont think thats a great birthday party??? :wth: :D ;)

I seriously thought he was older, like 30 or something. He doesn't look 26, and I feel like he's been around forever. ok not forever, but you get the idea.

Actually, he has been around forever. He joined HSV at 18 and Bayern at 20, so he has already been there for 6 years, more than half of the team ;)

between oddo and hasan i personally prefer hasan. first, 26 is not that old. second, surely he gained many experiences by playing with bayern munich. so basically he could be useful to our team.

oddo could wait a few years :p

oddo and salihamidzic are both good prospects, but really, since when did we have a problem in RB?:)

besides, there's also trabelsi of ajax who's about the same age and dosen't cost 25m.

Since Thuram has started to play poorly and everyone know thinks that Biri can't play right back or soe hogwash like that.

Exactly. I'm not sure how long Trabelsi's contract is, but I think that we could stick with Thuram until it's done, then pick him up on a Bosnman's. It'd be perfect.

some other team might not wait till his contract expires and snap him up.

Milan is roumored to want him.
Lots of rumours go around, but if we get our foot in the door now, and arrange something with Ajax, it would work really well. Ajax would love to keep him for 1-2 more years and we could allow them to do that, then take on Trabelsi in time to allow a transition year where Thuram slowly plays less and Trabelsi more.

Hey, I'm all for it, but I'm not sure Moggi sees it that way. Damn, the summer period is my favourite part of the football season, lots of rumours going around, I find it very exciting ;)

I don't doubt it, Moggi is probably after either Zaccardo or Bonera, but that's not so bad either...

I always saw Bonera as more of a central back. I still think my solution with Hasan would be best :undecide:

Dont forget that Zambrotta can easily play right back or right wing. He is right sided too, remember few seasons back when he was working the right wing.

Anyway we have no right back problem at the current time. Thuram is getting old though and we can use him for like 3 years or more still. Otherwise Salihamidzic would need some system changing if we were to use him and theres the whole question of "would he work in seria a?". But he has impressed in the past, there's no doubt about that.

Once Lilian goes however we will need a another guy and we should rather see who has developed well at that time rather than saying that we should buy someone later that looks good now.

But in retrospect buying a right back now could work out because then we could have the super reliable Thuram in the centre and we could just send him to the right when the new dude needs a break.

But what right back is worthwile - well the answer is Puyol. Simple.

Puyol would be good, but my idea was to have two extremely fast versatile wingbacks (Zambrotta and Salihamidzic) that could take care of both offence and defence. Puyol and Thuram may deliver defensevly but not offensivly.

    Maybe something like this:

    Code:
             Di Vaio Trezeguet

                   Nedved

          Maresca Jankulovski

                   Appiah

    Zambrotta Tudor Lucio Salihamidzic

                      Buffon
