Bwahahahaha 
one day i was doing one part time job. we packed up things in a department store . it ws a very tiring job starting from 5 pm and finished after 10.30 in the night. It was at the ending part where iwas sending the last batch of things to the truck.. the trolley that pushed oversteered and the boxs fell from the platform.. one of the boxes have liquid flowing out from it. i found out that i broke a least three bottle containing that liquid. since it have wet the whole box., surely all of them cannot be sell anymore. geezz... i was dazed. .. my pay for the day job would be 7000 yen. but to pay for that whole box would tens of thousands of yen... my fren came to me and told me to just ingnore it and put everthing into the truck. and made it as if it was damaged in th truck during transportation.. and i did just that....... not long after that we finised everthing and i receive my 7000 yen.. i looked at the company owner and felt guilty to the honoust hardworking japanese... being nice to us foregner giving us jobs and all.....

ask him if he has any problem with you...
or if he thinks you are not working properly,
ask him what exactelly he doesn't approve of your work...
tell him that you have an impression that he doesn't like you very much,
and that you are just interested to know why??
when you are trying,and you are doing your job as you should....
that you worrie about all that (ok..you don't have to mean every single word!!!!)
and that they is a negative atmosphere between the 2 of you....
simple things and don't forget!

And about the catholic church thing a few pages back, isnt it a tad unrealistic that you talk to some old guy, say a few religious chants a few times and all is forgiven? Atleast i think so. You'd think youd at least have to work it off or something
i confess i found today on the road a mobile phone (nokia 3510i) and i switched it off on purpose so my mother wouldn't tell me to try and find the owner and get it back...
