To tell you the truth, I haven't come across anyone yet who actually believes those players don't give their best when they're on the pitch so I'd got with the journalistic flair bit.

And it's not like Germany, England and Spain put up great performances the past couple of matches either. It's so Dutch to start complaining when the football doesn't look great...
That's the one problem with Advocaat, he's not really much for flair, is he?

Not really no. The top of the FA is this corrupt bunch and they always pick a trainer from the same circle that contains Advocaat, Hiddink, Van Gaal, Rijkaard and some others.

    No good... :(

yah, erm, holland was unbeaten in 17 matches before the Czech game which they arguably only lost because of that arrogant bastard Davids. Still, England play like crap nowadays mate, they really do.

You didn't hear about the red card? He plays his own match! He isn't a team player, he had fights with Van Nistelrooy and Van Bommel, the last player being a perfect new leader for when Davids and De Boer retire but he doesn't get a chance because Davids refuses to give him anything that even resembles space. And our couardish coach is too intimidated by him to leave him on the bench. It's disgusting!

    It sounds bad :(
I'm not his fan, just cause of such behaviour.
I remember one of matches with Juve: after long absence on the pitch, Lippi let him play, and few minutes after he got red card for some stupid and hard foul. That was absulutly mindless.
That and few other things daunted me to him very much.

hiddink is useless, I want Cruyff or Koeman.
Finally someone who speaks my language, thank you gentleman. Yes, duh, I want Crujff too, I want him so much, but it seems that he keeps refusing, as he was refusing to come as player in 1978. Gullit said in 1990 that he would have liked Cruijjf to be the trainer and I'm pretty sure that he is the only one who can actually give the team a push :)

It's true, but maybe Cruyff is waiting for the right time...
