Yeah that was more or less the problem: Theological Determinism. Meaning:
* God determines all that humans do.
Now if it had been about Causal Determinism, which you seem to be hinting at, I could've understood. Causal being:
* The Future = Past and Present Actions + Laws of Nature.
Since God is aware (omniscience) of the laws of nature and the actions and choices of man, he knows the future. But that doesn't interfere with free will. Theological Determinism, however, does. So I wasn't quite following this bloke :undecide:
