I live in America, so we use all of our massive debt to buy needless shit to increase said debt, to only further line the pockets of the big-wig, fat-cat corporate jerk-fucks.
You don't like Miracle on 33th street or It's a wonderful life, then?

Do you share presents on the 24th?

What about St Nikolaus: Do you give gifts on the 6th?

And do you celebrate the epiphany?

Drinking and eating. Presents on the 25th, though we used to do St Nicholas when we lived in Belgium.

Our only tradition that is likely particular to us is that we don't give presents from one another, we give them from stupid people we've met in our lives or from people we hate. It's nice as it provides lots of good talking points throughout the morning.

Families get together and wait for an argument to start and spend the day using passive agression to chip at your loved ones self esteem.

    Big meal, Big argument

What is original to your land?

    Self loathing

    What oddities do you have?

The Queen does a speech, its really depressing.

    Soupy celebrate St Nikolaus, epiphany?

    Drunk.

What traditions and pastimes do you have?
Spend money and time with people you don't for the rest of the year. Eat a lot, drink until you can barely stand, break a bone and spend the rest of the holidays in A&E. Very shitty works parties.

What is original to your land?
Christmas pudding, which tastes so bad you have to set it on fire first before you can eat it.

    What oddities do you have?
It never ever snows at Christmas yet people obsess over a white Christmas. If you want that move to Scandinavia or Canada.

    Soupy celebrate St Nikolaus, epiphany?
I'll try understanding this question during the Christmas period, it'll undoubtedly make more sense whilst drunk.
