Science guy on CNN just said this is a positive tsunami, meaning the first water movement will be up and not down.

The first will go up, the water will pull back then a larger one will come in 20 minutes later. It'll come in 20 minute cycles for hours.

It's freakin' crazy watching all these submerged vehicles and boats rolling under under overpasses in Kimaishi (sp). Some people on the overpass trying to figure out what to do, but they have nowhere to go. Hell on Earth.
