Can't say I've ever been arrested, but I've come close. Got a ride home to my parents in a squad car once when the cops had every intention to book me.

It's a long, entertaining story involving an older friend from the neighborhood who was in trouble for egging a girl's house whose father happened to be the local police chief :doh: , me being 13 years old but with the height of someone 17, my friend cutting his leg while jumping a cyclone fence, and me lying out in the street to block the progress of a pursuing squad car, telling the officer "I tripped." (Genius, that one was.)

They asked me for my driver's license, suspecting I was much older. When I didn't have that, they asked for ID. I took out my library card, etc. ... They were so pissed.
