all in all IMO the main transfer strategy for the summer should be: Diego, or Deco, or Hamšík. If we can get one of them I´ll be satisfied. Which is the best solution? It´s hard, Deco is a proven WC player, but he is 30 and ATM he isn´t in form.

I´m just worried about the news saying that we are after either Flamini or Gilberto Silva. if that happens, I´ll shout myself.

We will see, I think there will be much more bullshit around the juve transfers...
oh please dont do that, thats a terrible way to go:D

I will never understand the reasoning behind the hate for all Brazilian players. Yes, some of their players are arrogant douchebags as well as their fans, but to hate a player like Ronaldinho is nothing more than just pure jealousy. Same thing with Diego, a top quality player and professional. People here probably just hate Brazilians and Argies because they play for Milan and Inter.

one thing that annoys me about juve, is that we never buy a great attacking argentine or brazillian or duthcman for that matter. hopefully that will change.

the problem is in that, we don´t want to play nice football, with good passes, it semms our board is pleased with the magnificient long ball tactic. My worst fear is, that even we´ll be able to sign a playmaker, we won´t be more effective. It´s all about the tactics. look at Arsenal or MU, Barca, they have good years or worse, but thay play always nice attacking football.

I miss Lippi...

It's not all about tactics, it's about players as well and btw Juventus will never play beautiful attacking football. That is not in Juventus blood and people need to accept that.

We don't have to play beautiful football, but we should be playing effective football with great ball movement and passing, just like under the Lippi eras. And it's not too much to ask either. We're Juventus for Christ's sake, not Samp.

Yea, I understand but effective football is one thing and beautiful is completely different. You don't get to play beautiful football overnight. This is a matter of tradition in lots of cases.

I just read all the articles from Tuttosport. There isn't a less reliable newspaper but it was a good read nevertheless

1. Our first choice for attack remains Amauri. We have Chelsea and Milan as our rivals but the good raport we have with Zamparini is our advantage.
Elmander is another one our directors want. In 12 months he can use the FIFA article 17 and leave his team for a minimum fee. Elmander is represented by the same agent with Mellberg.

2. Our dream signing is Aguero. The main reason why Tuttosport think we can get him is Tiago and his eventual transfer to Atletiko.
There is also one part i don't understand, including IMG, Aguero and Sissoko.

3. For the midfield they say we gave up on Diego. Economically we can't afford him and Ranieri doesn't want him because he won't suit the 4-4-2 and we'll have to risk one of Camoranesi/Del Piero in order to find space for Diego :shifty:
But we're interested in Hamsik and Maxi Rodriguez. According to Tuttosport it's a one horse race and we have huge advantage over the other teams to buy Hamsik.
Ranieri's dream signing would be Aquilani but our chances are very slim to beat Inter for his signature.
The Czech starlet Kalouda is someone we don't want to miss, especially after we've seen what happened with Fenin.
The new name is Maxi from Atletico and he could join in a direct swap deal with Tiago.

4. We're after fullbacks also. Zebina-De Ceglie will most probably take the back sides next season but Inter and Milan are very much interested in De Ceglie and we may even lose him to one of the Milan based sides.
Clerc and Burdisso , and especially Vargas could become Juve players if we fail to bring De Ceglie back.

1. Amauri for the price tag he has then? If he is cheaper, then maybe.

2. Tiago + money for Aguero sounds like a steal. Got a link to the article?

3. Ranieri doesn't want to risk his 4-4-2? :howler: The options there sound good though, Aquilani or Hamsik. That was a real fuck up with Fenin, and now they don't want to fuck up again but its hard to not see them failing to get him.

4. De Ceglie to a Milan side? If that happens, Ill erupt lava.

It's from today's Tuttosport. I can't give you a link, you'll have to register there.
Here it is copy/pasted:

Alen, didn`t they say there`s possible swap Tiago-Maxi Rodriguez?

From calciomercato
