Are you against having a day to work biceps and triceps then?
Thats a wasted day

Because people who can curl 150 pounds beat the shit out of everyone :D?
No, but then the weight is getting to a point where it could start to make sense to put it on safety's, or use the 20kg bar instead of the 8kg smaller one, for stability reasons.

If you needed safety bars to curl, I think the exercise has a poor risk to reward ratio. It's completely understandable to use them when squatting, but when curling?

It has very little use indeed. Bodybuilders are better off with a much lower weight wich they can rep for 25, and powerlifters mostly dont need to do curls. Only when you are totalling like 900+kg and you really need ways to get more response in the arms, then curls could make sense

Sarychev, Malanichev, Konstantinovs, Koklyaev i've seen do curls.

the first one has a bench over 320kg, and they all 4 deadlift at least 400kg.

and even then, when they did curls (sarychev with like 100kg for 8 reps) they were in yeans and regular shirt, not really taking it seriously

It sure is.

I used to do that when I started lifting lol, but I had zero knowledge on the subject. It actually started to grow once I deleted that day and just increased weight on other exercises weekly. I had no arm exercise during 5x5, which was the biggest progression on my part.
Why did you stop workout and become fat?

That's a hard question. I guess I was mentally exhausted and it felt like a huge burden at one point, but I was also feeling pain in my back and was kinda scared to continue. I felt like I needed a change so I just dropped it and started working outside with bars only, aka bodyweights like pullups, dips etc. But eventually I dropped that as well, then it got colder outside which made it impossible to workout. But it has been 12-13 months since the last time I lifted weights and partly I still hate myself for it. But if there's anything positive it's that I started reading much more.

And I'm not fat exactly. I'm pretty much on the same weight but I just lost so much and I have a little little belly which is totally disgusting.

3 weeks training without skipping a single day, and you are right back into it, promise !
I think my right traps is bigger than the left one. I know majority of people have asymmetrical muscle and it can be worked on. But that's not the problem. I'm actually afraid it's scoliosis and honestly I don't want to find out if it is

Not on purpose, but I have times where I almost don't drink at all. Could definitely last as long as a month. Like I said though, not a goal of mine or something.
That's pretty impressive. I always end up having drinks on weekends and sometimes I'll have a beer during weekdays too. Nothing crazy, I don't think the calories add up to that much.

That's tough for me :D

How long you been doing this? Once a week wouldn't affect you much I suppose.
Since January

But its easier for me to resist temptation if I ban myself completely than if I try to eat good but make exceptions occasionally. I can't just have one cookie, I go overboard lol.

Some of you guys only drink once a week or once a month?
Nope, I drink rum or scotch instead
