So... She's allowed to go out shopping with her mother/sister/girlfriends? But you can't get a drink with a friend? That's fucked up bro. You need to explain to her just how hypocritical her behaviour is in that regard, and you need to tell her that if she loves you, and you love her, she needs to have enough trust in you, that she can handle you grabbing a drink with a friend, without getting psycho jealous. Eventually you two are going to run into some massive issues down the road, if she can't figure out the trust aspect.
Unless there's something you haven't told us, like you've cheated on her in the past or something. But if you've been faithful for several years, and you love her, and she loves you, she needs to respect you enough to trust you to spend time with your friends.

I had a girlfriend who started out pretty benign, but didn't really want me hanging out with friends. Especially surfing. She didn't like to surf, and she thought I shouldn't surf either, because apparently the idea of me being out surfing with girls in the ocean in bikinis and wetsuits, made her incredibly jealous. It started out mild, but after about a year of being together, she'd get drunk at home when I was out surfing, and then scream at me and cry when I got home. It got so bad, that she tried to stab me one night out of some warped version of jealousy, because I went surfing with a friend and his sister. We stayed together for a month after that, and I had to hide the kitchen knives if I knew she'd been drinking. It was fucked. Those types of possessive relationships always get progressively worse.
She cleans twice as much as i do. I train 4 days a week. I dont go to her family if i cant reschedule the training. I eat in front of my pc when i feel like it. I am on this pc untill 6 in the morning when i feel like it. I give honest commentary when she buys something . If she gains i make sure she knows. She squats and does glutes because i want it. For the past 4 years i've been barely able to afford to do stuff with her but she sticks with me. When i get angry and become verbally mad, she sticks with it. If it got so far i put her against the wall, she sticks with it. When she isnt in the mood but i am she'll still do it cause she knows i need it. She buys me little presents sometimes even if i cant do the same cause allways thin on my pathetic fee.
When i was in the bridging year from bachelor to master and had insane amounts of work, injuries and barely trained, and eat like a true amurican, gaining 30kg of fat, she sticked with me; and she was 3 leagues above me even before that.
She just demands to come along each time i go out, and is all around me the entire time (wich i like).
I'm not the bitch. I'm lucky.
Go ahead, find a gorgeos looking redhead with a body that makes you not care about the porn anymore and the best ass you can lay a hand on, that is caring and sticks with you despite looking like a fat piece of shit after 3 years, and takes your shitty habits, and sort of suits your libido considering she's female.

Zach, I have to agree with the others. I've been in a relationship where he didn't want me going out without him, especially if there was the possibility of guys being present. It was a nightmare, and eventually I just had to start lying about where I was going some nights (I really didn't want him coming along every time). I never cheated or did anything that would make a secure guy feel uneasy, but I always ended up feeling guilty like I was doing something I wasn't supposed to be, because of the lying. I hate lying too so it just felt wrong. Just one of the many reasons why that relationship didn't work out... trust should always be the #1 foundation of any healthy relationship.
