I've been going to the gym on and off for the past 10 years but never for more than 7-9 months in a row.
I tend to do it for the wrong reasons, vanity, holiday, etc whereas this time there is no time frame for me to get in shape. I'm doing it this time to get stronger, fitter etc.
Thanks for the advise and taking the time to write it, motivation is always apprecited.
Regarding the eating aspect, no worries there, because i dont stop

healthy stuff of course, plenty of veg, fruit, protein, except for Sundays which is cheat day always
