Take Zach's "breaking parallel" as an extended metaphor for life and eat the whole thing.
I agree completely.

Its like people replacing the potato chip in french fries by some fucking vegetable, but then also bake it in fat.

Dont do that shit. Eat healthy most of the time and when you cheat, do it right ffs. If i have a blasting trainingsweek and my weight/bodyfat%/strengthgains are doing well, i'm having a ludicrous fried meal on sunday.

No pussy ass fucking friend vegetables.

I'll be riding my bike afterwards regardless :p
Ride twice as long, then have sex. Eat the whole pizza to get the energy for it

I just took a 2 week break from the bench, eating a whole bunch of everything in the mean time. I plan on starting again today. It's gonna be amazing. Or not.

That's very very VERY mean.
Not intentional. When you are back up and push out the first breath, its probably accompanies with mucus

Can't. I do legs exercises since my two knee surgeries, my doctor didn't recommend squatting.
I'd argue that squatting done properly with the right weight and form will be the best long term solution for any knee issue that isnt cartilage related, and have grown a fond annoyance of how most dokters are clueless when it comes to weightstraining, making it hard to find one who can give the proper advice.

But you shouldnt trust a guy on the internet over a dokter

Now there's an untapped market: doctors who lift
He doesnt need to lift. He needs to know how lifting of any kind works, and can give good advice in return.

It takes quite a while to find a good sportsdokter that does. Like this whole "squatting is bad for the knees" bullshit. I used to have minor knee troubles when i played soccer. Squatting with proper depth has made my knees and legs ridiculously strong.

People with a very strong back, who get some injury there from any kind of accident, will actually recover better, since all that other muscle has no trouble compensating, where as the untrained back will be in all kind of overextertion cause the muscles cant cope with it.

Thats stuff a good sportsdocter will say, but the regular one will say "squats are bad mkay".

Example : after the accident with the idiot who trew open his cardoor when i was on the bike at 30km/h, i had 2 of the left hamstrings damaged in 5 places, a fat package completely torn, upper skin detatched from the actual skin in a 100square centimeter region.

regular and first 2 sports dokters : dont train for half a year.

radiologist (who's also a sports dokter) : Your hamstrings are pretty damn strong, there is damage but the legs can compensate. Use a pressure bandage all day and double the pressure when training. Dont do isolation hamstring excercises. Dont deadlift over 230 and dont squat over 200 for a month, but keep good volume. Apply ice and heat in intervals after training.

Took last advice, dropped 20kg BW, got squat back at previous max, increased deadlift by 25kg, got a significanty gain in hamstringsize.

Especially when the same guy can't spell doctor.
