I have thrown away quite a few. I have one more pair for offroad and snow running and that's it. These are the only zero drop, no cushioning that I have left.

Cool.

Not too much grip on any of those though? Thought you were a trail runner.
These are my train shoes, I am a seasonal guy but I mostly run on roads.

Tbh, look SO much better then what Nike or Addidas offer. Are they expensive ?
The Inov-8 are a bit pricey but I usually buy when there's some sort of special price on them. The NB are cheap, I use these when lifting, also zero drop and no cushioning. Almost like lifting barefoot which is the best way to go.

I need to get back up in shape.(never really was). I think I never was at 100% of my capacities. I need some motivation. Need to cut eating junk food and stuff like that and run run run.

I actually take off my shoes and socks when doing squats and dead lifts ;)
Thats both good and bad.

Having 0 cushioning is critical. But a solid grip on the floor is very important aswel.

Squatshoes have a 3cm heel. Wich is excellent for quadriceps domminant squatters (who tend to stand on their toes when going back up when using flat shoes), cause they can get additional strenght from the heel.

I increased my max with allready 25 kg since i use those shoes and a belt
