Well I'm no Zach, but I don't think it works that way bud :D

Can someone explain to me the difference between a regular squat and a front squat? What if any are the benefits of say a front squat over a normal one?

A regular squat you have the bar on your shoulders, the front squat you hold the bar on the top of your breast elbows pointing forward. The front squat offers you more core stability.

Hmmm, does it work the quads more in that case would you think. Need to change up my leg routine so I may just give this a try tomorrow.

Are you getting much running done these days?

Tittie squats make the tummy tight.:agree:

Doesn't that pretty much throw all gains you would have had out the window due to loss of potential calories?
Naw, it was mostly water and a couple of cookies. Plus I was doing a modified tabata with 20 seconds of push ups in place of the 10 second rest and the other exercises in 30 second intervals.

It is more for the core, the quads work the same way (if you are doing both correctly) for the normal squat and the front squat.

I am not running as much I usually do but funny you asked because I ran to work today and of course I will run back home.

Not sure if they work tho. Some pregnant women claim they work.

I've started using those recently cause i have stretchmark at the shoulder to armpit region. Not sure it will work tho
They don't work, they fade in time and perhaps these treatments aid that process, but essentially the skin is torn, and nothing short of surgery or fricking lasers is going to fix it.

Warm up for 5 minutes then do four sets of tabata. Box jumps, burpies, sprints, air squats, sit ins, push ups, get inspired...

use it as a meal substitute, dont exceed 30g of protein unless it's right after workout in which case you can go as high as 50g
Would it be OK just to take 50g after workout? Or shall I take 30g for breakfast too? I'm loving my oatmeal. Can it be mixed with it?
