Am I the only one who gets excited for a run when it rains in the summer?
Anyway, I just finished a 10k in 51 minutes, easy peasy run in wonderful summer rain.
When I am preparing for a race I do 10k twice a week and I run a shorter distance on a third time but usually it is HIIT or uphill. Now during the summer I feel extremely satisfied if I go out and run once a week.
