Zach drinks acid for breakfast.
:lol2::lol2:

It's the worst.
@Zacheryah
Does your girlfriend taste a little sour down south?
Would you wash your 'Gina, if your man was spending more time in the Gym than with you?

Hell no! I would insert a can of Tuna. "Here's your $#@!ing Protein, boy!"
If I start going to the gym and get big, I will sue Zach.

So what is the most appropriate training for one not to get big?
You can't. You either get big or you die.

I just wouldn't be offended by simple shit.:D
Thats because you dont train

If you put all your efford into something, or see people around you do, and someone makes it sound like its effordless, it makes one mad.

Its like when i give liverpool dat other name, you dont like it

I'm at 30/31min for 5.5km. 3-4 years ago it took me 40+min.

Not good huh?

After 5.5km that I feel like dying. :p

Seriously though, before I couldn't finish it but now I do it constantly. I could try 1km more.

I never had great cardio, sure it may have been because I didn't train but also the other kids at school but they were running all over the place and I was DONE!

Mark.. doing fitness :touched:

I think if I remember well (long time ago since I timed myself), at my worst form of my life I was doing 28 minutes for 5 km. But anyways, good job for the improvement that's a huge one.

Idk man, now that supplements and protein are cheap and easily available, it looks like getting big has become much easier than it used to be. Not to mention how many people I know take steroids. Almost half the guys I see walking down the street are bodybuilder big now so it can't be that hard.

I personally am going for a more athletic and graceful look myself which includes a lot of resistance training and cardio, hence meaning I don't want to get big. Personally, something like this is much much harder than random bogans pumping iron.

So I ran 10k today and had an ice cream. Will I get big? :scared:
Well it depends. Did you chew the ice cream or did you lick it? If you licked it, you expanded a lot of energy, and thus calories consuming it, so unfortunately you will not get big. Chewing is much quicker and you'll gain about 2 kilos of weight for every ice cream you chew.

Hahhah, this getting big talk always make me smile. I have friend who is killing himself in gym, he's been working out for like ten years and is really big. He works at supplement shop and most of his newbies customers are saying to him that they don't want to get big like guys on posters (Coleman etc), and be more like him, not too big :D

On another note I made a really nice progress in my workout, right now I've made a pause for 12 days, because I was in Split at UMF and after that I needed a rest, I slept like 8 hours in three days, and than had to get back to work. So a monday is a new start for me.

So now from insulting me in the fact, you stepped down to trying to hide it in an "honest opinion", that is so full of shit, one can only conclude you are a big fan of inter milan.

- Compared to 30 years ago, less men walk into a gym to get big, or to get strong.
- Apart from america, there is a general trend that people are becomming more athletic. Its the current sex-appeal, big is out of fashion. Watch the popmusic video's and movies. athletic is the thing.
- protein have allways been cheap and easy. In pre protein shakes you eat various kinds of meat and eggs all day. Then the caseine protein, now the whey protein, nothing really change. People who get big, WANT to get big, and have allways find a way.
- Steroids have allways been a part of the bodybuilding and athletics culture. However, in the 60ties/70ties, there was more average steroid abuse then nowadays, because less people want to get big, where as back then, it was get big or gtfo.
- If half your street is big, then you obviously dont know what is actually big.
- The training and diet for athletic performance, is quite less demanding then a competitive bodybuilder. We are talking about people waking up every 3 houres to get some protein in their system. Bulk on 7000-8000 calories, and cut it back off with >1500to>1000 calories
-You have no knowledge, so much is clear.

next time you attempt to hide insulting me in the face with this shitty "honest opinion", try to have some actual facts in it.

If sleep itself is an issue, i might know a few products that can kill your problem very efficiently

Idk why you think everything is about you.

I'm a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder.

Our defining bodypart is the upper back, not the silly abs.

I dont show bodyparts, but i can give you an old vid of me deadlifting a quarterton.
I guess that means you're not big.

 @ calling abs silly. and you have the nerve to insult others based on how they train.
