Idk man, now that supplements and protein are cheap and easily available, it looks like getting big has become much easier than it used to be. Not to mention how many people I know take steroids. Almost half the guys I see walking down the street are bodybuilder big now so it can't be that hard.
I personally am going for a more athletic and graceful look myself which includes a lot of resistance training and cardio, hence meaning I don't want to get big. Personally, something like this is much much harder than random bogans pumping iron.
So now from insulting me in the fact, you stepped down to trying to hide it in an "honest opinion", that is so full of shit, one can only conclude you are a big fan of inter milan.
- Compared to 30 years ago, less men walk into a gym to get big, or to get strong.
- Apart from america, there is a general trend that people are becomming more athletic. Its the current sex-appeal, big is out of fashion. Watch the popmusic video's and movies. athletic is the thing.
- protein have allways been cheap and easy. In pre protein shakes you eat various kinds of meat and eggs all day. Then the caseine protein, now the whey protein, nothing really change. People who get big, WANT to get big, and have allways find a way.
- Steroids have allways been a part of the bodybuilding and athletics culture. However, in the 60ties/70ties, there was more average steroid abuse then nowadays, because less people want to get big, where as back then, it was get big or gtfo.
- If half your street is big, then you obviously dont know what is actually big.
- The training and diet for athletic performance, is quite less demanding then a competitive bodybuilder. We are talking about people waking up every 3 houres to get some protein in their system. Bulk on 7000-8000 calories, and cut it back off with >1500to>1000 calories
-You have no knowledge, so much is clear.
next time you attempt to hide insulting me in the face with this shitty "honest opinion", try to have some actual facts in it.

Hahhah, this getting big talk always make me smile. I have friend who is killing himself in gym, he's been working out for like ten years and is really big. He works at supplement shop and most of his newbies customers are saying to him that they don't want to get big like guys on posters (Coleman etc), and be more like him, not too big
On another note I made a really nice progress in my workout, right now I've made a pause for 12 days, because I was in Split at UMF and after that I needed a rest, I slept like 8 hours in three days, and than had to get back to work. So a monday is a new start for me.
If sleep itself is an issue, i might know a few products that can kill your problem very efficiently
