For that matter, I would love to see Hoori working out as well.
:D

Nothing feels better than having a good hour of working out.

i try to have an ordinary life, i'm against high expectations and planning. But on the other hand, i've been passionate and wanting to be competitive in something since i was young. When i started going to gym, i just wanted to get a strong as possible.
I suppose i watched to much arnold (he was powerlifter before bbuilder) and Bane when i was young
What was/is your motive?

i felt so good yesterday, love those days. i did a solid set of shoulder press with 80s again and pec didnt bother me, i also finished my workout with 40 pullups, and got a girl's number :D
Mission accomplished?

Joking :D I mean you could get the girls' numbers even if you were as skinny as @Dule90 [:p] so what was your motive to be strong? Or perhaps this unmatched confidence is to an extent a product of feeling physically strong?

Don't they go hand in hand? I know you're a power lifter and many of them have nice bodies. Or do you have a lot of fat?
No, Asthetics means symmetry and size of muscles, it also means very low fat%

Strenght means you are +16% bodyfat, you build a massive core, that looks diffrent then a bodybuilder.

Going really high on weight, means a very well developped core, much better then a bodybuilder, and the neural part suddenly becomes critical. Your body needs to learn how to handle the weight.

I beat all the bodybuilders in my gym (except1) on squat and deadlift, but if you remove 30% they'll do more reps then i do.

What was/is your motive?
Getting a 720kg total. My current best is 595kg

actually the working out is a handicap because of all the douchebag/meathead stigma it comes with :D whats the motive to go for strength? the amazing highs you feel when pull a personal max :) it really is addictive and provides incentive to keep going back to an activity that can quickly get monotonous. And thanks for the really nice compliment :D

Simply a horrible day, way too pissed since this morning. I felt like killing somebody.

I probably won't even sleep properly. FML

Just avoid me for your sake, lol.
Watch a movie with some beverage and food of preference, take a soft sleeping pill and a loooong shower.

Helps most of the time
