It's hard to know how much calories you need and nobody can tell you that. None of those calculators include regular daily activities like walking and doing stuff, it's not 24/7 sitting in the chair.
The one X posted actually has options to choose of how active your day is.:klin:

Man, pills like that scare the shit outta me. I'm such a pussy when it comes to those things but I'm very tempted to buy them and make things a bit easier on myself.
well you have to be comfortable with it, if it helps it's FDA approved and a 3 of my buddies used it

Never was a fan of supplements, I take BCAA's and vitamins. But I'm not looking to be a cover model, just fit and healthy. I tried fat burners and other things before but got best results eating clean and consistently and training.

Trying to cut now, i've decreased my calorie intake for the day but i'm worried about muscle loss. Two of my mates are pro lifters & swear by that product.
if they were pro theyd be on clen and T3 :p no but if your friends give it thumbs up try it out

FDA testing for that shit is a joke though.

actually a VERY small minority of supplements is FDA approved

Cheers. Neither am i, i'm just looking at cutting. Thing is, i have a slow metabolism. I can pack on muscle with ease but reducing my body fat has always been an issue. It's hard to work on cardio & eating right when time is most precious. I had so many days where i worked all day without eating & noticing that the day has flown by.

They recommended to me as it's a cheaper alternative to the stuff they use. Still not sure though.

Running is not an option for me.:D I seriously need to work on my cardio.

First i tought you meant NOx based muscle pump, wich is fantastic and the most important legal supplement to take !

Then i noticed its a product, it says it has a few effects !!

- increased endurance ! wel duh, if your losing weight it increases
- Improves body composition ! wel duh, if you lose fat u'll look better when overweight
- Builds muscle ! lies, its not a steroid so it does not build muscle. nothing builds muscle. unless eating+training+sleeping+goddamn efford
- blocks carbs/fat ! probably partially true, basically means its made for fatties that like to eat.

- clenbuterol, i tried that once, blood pressure was unbarable for me. extremely good if you can handle it. i got cramps , headache, bloodpressure and heartbeat going far up, fuck illegal supplements, really.

legal supplements

- cafeinne : probably the best and cheapest. 500mg before training, 250 in the morning, u'll sweat like a pig and drop weight.
- 1.3 DMAA. less potent then cafeine, but gives a great endurancerush.
- ephidrine. in some country's illegal, some it is. bit expensive, but by far the best cutting agent.

bodybuilders ? they use winstroll (steroid). on top of that they use a stacker cycle

wich are eca stacks (ephidrine) , clenbuterol and T3. Very expensive, but very potent. T3 can shut down thyroid gland. dont ever touch it

basically, it will limit the update of fat from food, because something binds to it so it cannot pass trough the small bowel.

However, if you eat less then 00 grams, you'll be having orange diarrhea all the time. Your farts have a 1 in 4 chance of painting your boxers orange, with a chance of critical hit. This critical hit would be incontinent diarrhea. meaning ur shitting ur pants without your muscle able to stop it.

All creatine does is

- maximising the size of creatine deposits in the muscle, wich is maximal if you eat red meat , or allmost maximal if you eat other meat regularly.

- beeing waterretaining, so more water in the muscles, wich has as only effect that nutrients are shuttled around more efficiently.

Thats about it.

That shutteling is important for recovery tho, so creatine is good to take for and after training. but take monohydrate wich costs next to nothing. not that expensive crap that does exactly the same.

Dont believe magazines, they are sponsered by manufactors who are marketting creatine as if it was legal dianabol. and MANY people believe it.
