I love the feeling of extreme sore muscles especially if it's leg muscles we are talking about. I miss my regular workout, I really do.

That's great to hear. How's your progress doing? Haven't seen you for a while.
Yea, not so much time to post. We're opening a new restaurant and I'm so busy doing 1000 things a day. Progress is there. Slow but steady. Took a break and traveled but now that I'm single again I can spend 4 hrs in the gym so I started kickboxing more.

I've been on a cutting diet for the past 2 months, had some ups and downs, but went from 16% to 10% body fat, I will stop cutting when I reach 8%. I have a concern though, I am satisfied with my muscle mass and don't want to get bigger. How can I do that? (Way I eat or way I train?)

I lift weights 5 days a week.

I ran alone today for the first time in ages. Alone means without a kid in a stroller. I decided to go out long and take it easy as I have been averaging above 6 minutes with the stroller. To my surprise I was running at around 5.15-5.30 so I decided to see how long I could keep up this tempo. In the end I did my distance of 16km averaging 5.22 which is amazing for all the snail speeds that I have been doing. In a month or so when I get back to work I will start my HIIts and hopefully will be able to break my own record in the half marathon in May.

So funny when people say this. Everyone that is saying that, shouldnt be worried about it at all, because getting bigger on muscles alone, requires a ton of efford and knowledge.

Just do what you are doing, calculate the calories your body needs to stay at your current weight, and make sure less then 40% of that come from protein, and u'll be fine.

I slacked on running for the last month with work killing me.

Getting back into it tonight I think. I ran this weekend. Gonna lift weights tonight, then run afterwards again.

Gotta get back in shape :challenge:

I am impressed with the amount of miles I stacked this winter and it was one of the coldest I have ever witnessed. I am still looking for continuity and my regular complementary lifting but I have time to get back on my best form before the season starts.

Are you taking any races?

Thats amazing, i envy good runners

@Zacheryah, since you are the expert here i think you should explain the usage of hgh since i saw people in the forum mistake it for steroids, even though a lot of people who use the former do combine it with the latter.
