2. you need some mass bro, you really do. I know it's hard but you gotta. Lay off the cardio and eat, eat, as much as you can. I know you don't wanna lose the lean look with abs showing, but you gotta get some meat there. You'll look much better and you'll get the abs back. Getting mass and staying lean is not possible, you gotta do the first, than the second.

You forgot 4. Get rid of the chain, even if your life depends on it!!!

1 hour on the bicycle, half an hour core training, 1 hour lifting weight. When I get home I find a delicious shrimp risotto waiting for me. That's what I call a complete day.

I think I'd die with those weights. :D I don't think I'd be able to bench more than 50 now...still too weak. As for flies, I could raise it a bit I guess but not much. I was working with 10 (on the floor) and then placed 12

Isn't it better to do 4 sets with 50 for example? If I did 80 (I can't but..) there's no way I could lift more after that lol

My brother is with me, but he's also a weakling. :p

no its better to do heavy if you re trying to get bigger

Just purchased some MRI Black Powder and a 2k bag of Whey Protein. Im trying to lose weight and build some muscle. I know im supposed to take the black powder 30 mins before i workout but then do i just take the protein straight after the workout or do i take it in the morning as well?
