You have stopped going?
yes. The long hours are killing me and I end up with no energy what so ever. Especially that I am working during the day. I tried to go directly before breakfast, to train lightly and then eat, but the energy level was toooo low. I am just taking a break now and losing weight slowly!!

My appetite is not even the same anymore.

I'm not a big eater or a heavy lifter. So I guess thats why it doesn't affect me that much. As long as you don't lose much weight, I think you can take off from where you left off once ramadhan is over.

I hope so. I lost the pump in the muscle which is expected. I am hoping to lose some of the fa around my belly from all the pizza eating I did during world cup :)

it wont stop after 18 days trust me. You gotta be careful now. Plus fried food are more difficult to digest after the long fasting hours you know. I have a few pastries my self and that makes my bfast very very limited to soup and salad then i feel full right after a couple of fried pastries. I eat again an hour later then off to prayers.

I generally don't eat much fried stuff apart from fried chicken once in a while. But its like a custom in our part of Kerala to have lots of fried things while breaking fast together with fruits. Its been in the family for too long to give up :p
