I rode my bicycle today to work after two weeks of knee pain, in the morning it wasn't as pleasant but on the way back it was just fine. If things go well, I'll try a run in the weekend.

I am planning to do that, but after breakfast and a couple of meals, maybe around midnight time. I dont think I have the energy before breakfast to do anything honestly especially with the long fasting hours. I tried it once, and dropped the entire weight that I gained the past year!
As I am planning to try to keep and not to lose muscle (very difficult to gain any during this month) I will just lift medium weight and train a muscle groupe a day.

I can't go this week as I am on call at work. So from next monday I plan to hit the gym at around 1030pm after tarawee for an hour or so. No cardio, only light weight training. I have the tendency of putting on weight while fasting . So some exercise is required.
starting my personal training course in a few weeks so i should know plenty then, just trying to get in as best possible shape for it so im doing as much training as i can, dont wana be wasting time standing on it or nothing, i'd rather be wasting my time reading transfer rumours on this forum
