I give you the gift of my Grandmothers cheat brownbread that tastes better than white bread, give it a Try, I guarandamntee it.

14oz Wholemeal Flour
2oz Plain Flour;)
1 Tablespoon Wheatbran
1 Tablespoon Wheatgerm
1 Dessertspoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Bread Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt

Mix these together.

Then combine 1 egg beaten mixed into 15 fluid oz of buttermilk or sour milk and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix with the dry ingredients.

Cook in a 2lb tin for about 50mins at 190deg/gas mark 5-6. Makes one loaf

Edit here's a pic of my gym, bout 30mins out, so very handy :D

Yesterday I trained after long time, I barely managed to finish, mostly because my blood pressure got high, around 150/100 :(

Today I decided to do some cardio so I went and played tennis for around hour and half.

I rode my bicycle today to work after two weeks of knee pain, in the morning it wasn't as pleasant but on the way back it was just fine. If things go well, I'll try a run in the weekend.

Hey Brother..
I am planning to do that, but after breakfast and a couple of meals, maybe around midnight time. I dont think I have the energy before breakfast to do anything honestly especially with the long fasting hours. I tried it once, and dropped the entire weight that I gained the past year!

As I am planning to try to keep and not to lose muscle (very difficult to gain any during this month) I will just lift medium weight and train a muscle groupe a day.

Hope that helps..

My only problem is: Lack of sleeep!

Thanks

I can't go this week as I am on call at work. So from next monday I plan to hit the gym at around 1030pm after tarawee for an hour or so. No cardio, only light weight training. I have the tendency of putting on weight while fasting :p. So some exercise is required.

Yeah, lack of sleep is a problem for me too :sergio:

Try not to make it an hour. Less would be fine I guess. But if you can add weight, then you should add cardio.

How can you put on weight? is it mass or just some lard around the belly from all the Biryani and Tikka eating? :D

I know I will lose weight, as I am genetically thin :sergio:
