I'm certainly at about 15%, could be a percent lower or higher. I really eat a lot of crap and do no cardio, plus my ab workout is like 5-7 minutes 3 times a week. :p
Man that's not right :(

You can even put ab exercises aside because that alone can't get your stomach flat. 15% are for people that just started, like my brother. Belly and normal dimensions.
I never saw your picture in some shirt, in both you were sitting, but is your stomach really big? Even if it's a bit large it's still weird because I assume you have big chest and I know you have a huge arm. But dunno, sounds weird to me.

:D

Could you explain the mechanism to me by the way? I'm very interested in this kind of stuff, so I want to know which impact it has on your feet.
You and your foot fetish :disagree:

Basically, they push me feet into the correct form when standing and moving, they support the heel and force the legs over about 6 months into a straight position.

Do you ever get worried about getting sick or anything with such little body fat?

Me? With my 10-11%? Nope, because that's normal. My results aren't anything great, 10% is a good rate but nothing special...far from it.

If anything, low body fat can be healthy as long as you draw the line somewhere. 5-7% is when you get full visible abs and it doesn't increase risk of getting ill but it would increase your strength and endurance.

Lean muscles, however, is another story. That requires having below 5% and that is a bit worrying when it comes to health.

Oh sorry, I though you said you had like 7% :D

Single digits are dangerous because you need fat stores to fight off illness. Ever since I started losing weight, I'm not sicker more often but for about a day longer than normal

From what I've heard, everything is ok until you hit 4%

That would show amazing results, don't get me wrong, but that can't really be healthy. Still, I'd love if I could get mine down to 7 or 8% because it's what would define me and it would be much easier to reach to my goals. Still, having required cardio I don't think I'll do it any time soon.

But on the other hand, I might start with a jumping rope. I see it's a great cardio so why not...at least it's a lot easier and results are top notch apparently.

I don't think 15% bodyfat indicates a belly. But here's my pic of abs, if you can call 'em that. I contracted them in this pic till my face turned red. :p I don't have a belly, but I have a lot of fat in my stomach. You can't see any lines on it because of that. I should start doing some cardio but I can't be bothered.

My arms aren't huge, neither is my chest. My aim is not much to be honest, a little bit more muscle and definition and I would be pleased. All I want from the gym is to look OK when you hit the beach, that's all.

Wow, Vlatko getting clothes off for me. I'm all horny now. :D

Weird, I honestly wouldn't give you more than 12% judging by that. You're lats are looking good. Your stomach isn't big at all but true, I guess there's a lot of fat inside...but still, it's almost flat.

You have the potential to get your abs without much torture. You should just do cardio and cut down your sugar. That way you'd still eat some more fat but you should skip Coca Cola, cakes, candy bars and that kind of stuff. Results would be great, believe me. If you're finding cardio as a hard part like I do, you can always try the jump rope or something like that, so you'd skip the running part. It may sound weird, but it would help a lot. Not only to burn fat and get defined abs, but cardio can always maximize your muscle results as well.

It's big when I drink a few beers. :D There's fat inside, my main vices are greasy meat and lots of beer. Sugar is not a problem at all as I don't like sweets; I eat a chocolate maybe once a month. But like I said, I do absolutely no cardio and eat a lot of junk-food. I know it can get better, but I'm not too fussed about it. I'll probably get around to it when some girl makes me. :p

My upper body looks OK overall, well OK for a complete newb with 1 year of gym experience, especially when you take in consideration how I looked 2 years ago. 4 years ago I was 72kg on 185cm, 2 years ago I was 78kg and now I'm at 87-88kg. I got some fair width in my back and shoulders, chest have started developing a nice V-shape and overall it looks OK.
