I do barbell curls with 35kg. 3 series, around 7-8, 6-7, 5-6 reps, depending on the mood. Really tears my arms apart, practically don't do anything else for biceps. Perhaps a one or two easy series of some isolation. Don't get folks who torture biceps, triceps with like 10 series, like they're working legs.

Chest/biceps in about 10 mins.

Woah, 35 kilos...nice.

Take cables and do biceps. Workout 20 seconds and rest 10, repeat 8 times.

I couldn't believe how much it killed my arms. It sounds easy but not really.

Yeah, but I do few repetitions. Hit the wall there though, have not been able to up that weight for months. No way in hell am I able to do 3 sets of 8. Once I did 8,7,6, then next time I went for 40kg...ended up doing 4 reps in my first set. :D

I do cable preacher curls usually, just a few reps to kill every left fiber. Like I said, barbell curls really kill me.

I'm kinda in the same zone. 30 KGs for the plates, but not sure how much the bar weighs as it is a small bar not the full length standard one.

I go around 10-8 reps 3 sets and some Alt Dumbells, then some hammer curls if I can. It takes me around 45 mins with Chest exercises.

My bar weighs 5kg.

Just done my workout. Terrible crowd in the gym, took me 1.5h, while usually it lasts 45-60 mins. Damn holiday and short work hours.

:lol2: Nah. I'm not working out these days, been on a pause for like 10 days already. Uni stuff and my illness have slowed me down. Start July I'll be on my top hitting with the exercises, looking forward to it.

Apart from the last two weeks, the last 2.5 months have been terrible for me gym-wise. From sickness, to injury....I think I've worked out once a week on average. It sucks so bad.
