My birthday is right before the start of school so if you enroll when 4 years old, I was only 4 years old for like 3 weeks before I went to school, so I left 2nd level education when 17 and was just 18 when I started a 3 year BA course, so had I skipped my 4th year of Secondary School I'd have left when 16 and started college just after turning 17...

A. Now partner school in a German speaking country

B. I could and will hopefully have an MA before my 22nd birthday

I could have had a masters last year if I didn't opt for law school either. It's pretty normal in some countries I guess.

TBH their's a recession on and the MA will cost at most €15,000 including accomodation etc and is more specialised than the BA i'm doing.

What do you like to drink before (not 1 minute before) the training and what after? Do you make some home made drinks or something?

I make shakes sometimes and when I do that I make a lot so I can drink before and after.

When I don't make shakes I drink lots of water before the training and I drink either this:

But seriously, water is hugely underrated. Try and drink at least 3L a day, even more in this heat.

Water is not underrated. It's recommended to drink 3L+ every day. Guys who are shredding and getting under 5% body fat are drinking 5-6L a day.

I don't drink as much. I think I'm around 1.5L a day. Sometimes more sometimes less.

I was read something recently that says going under 9% body fat is dangerous for you immune system and long term health.
