dont use anything yet, stick it out for at least 4-5 months and i d try no shotgun for pre workout

Don't believe everything you read, those result might be possible with perfect nutrition, rest and training plan.

Fuck the last year of Uni, i stopped playing football and now i have a belly :depressed

I need to burn 3-4 KG's at the very least.
