Oh I see, I'll do that too.

I really like the set up of the workout, I'll definitely keep doing it
There is said that your imperative should be to always increase weight of first exercise while second is optional, ofcourse it's better if you can increase weight on the second one too.

Mondays are toughest, I feel them till thursday :D

Yesterday I wanted to go hit the bag in my garage, which I think would be killer in this situation, but some friends of my parents' parked their car inside while they go to Paris by plane. And of course they didn't leave the keys. :sergio:

I feel like life is giving me a huge slap across the face everywhere I look.
Ooooh, and you would like slap somewhere else, don't you? :eyebrows:

Right now I am in a state where I would have no problem provoking a fight. :D I don't usually do that but I'm so frustrated I need something to get my mind of the toothache.

I'd let Dule punch me but I don't wanna get beaten by a kid. :p

Still a long way to go my friend :D

I haven't felt this fit in a long long time. And I think its due to starting regular cardio.
JCK you have been a mini inspiration of sorts. Thanks

Fucking idiots! I had a race today, they said it was 10 km but according to my watch it was 9 km. They told me that later on after we started they apologized to the audience that it was shorter than they thought.

Anyway, I ran the fastest ever and finished the 9 km in 41 minutes.

I ran about a Km yesterday carrying 3 books weighing about 10kgs in total. It took me approximately half an hour, any good?

I don't think it's possible to 'run' 1 km in half an hour. That would mean you hit an average of 2km/h, which is walking, very slowly.
