the good ones taste like shit, so i'd recommend staying away from protein shakes all together after workout just eat a high protein meal(chicken breast).
It's a fucking terrible place to have an injury. Whatever you do with your hands just irritates the cut and takes ages to heal. I hate it when this happens. But suits me right for pushing it to hard for the first time in a while....all it takes is one bad punch and no amount of wrapping will save your knuckles. :depressed
