Nah I get ya. Its a good way to get away from the city sometimes. I don't know if you've heard of the 'great ocean road' but I cycled along there once it was really amazing.
You must be pretty damn fit Boz. Creatine is good if your trying to achieve a certain goal. If you're looking to improve in whatever you're doing take creatine, if you're happy as is then I wouldn't worry.
no,not yet, i am still a little overweight, though i carry it mostly around teh midrift,i am trying to build muscle and in turn, burn fat.
i am back on the creatine now and taking it with whey and argenine, cutting back the alchohol consumption has been teh buiggest problem as a glass or two of wine with dinner had become almost customary.
i satill have some way to go but feel i am on the right track
1.5 Kgs a week is doable, I'd say you may get the 7kg before you Pleatau.
Nenna would know fo sho' but the follwing Is what I'm doin Cardio wise:
30km on a stationary or real bike
or
30 Mins on a Cross Trainer - one minute as fast as you can the next at a comfortable pace
or
40-60mins Jogging/Walkin briskly
I reckon for the KG loss you should amp up the resistence training aswell thought

Eh my opinion can only be amateurs, Asif. I've never tried loosing so much weight so I'm not sure how it goes.
I think you must do cardio, at least 3 times a week if you want to manage that and plus workout 4-5 times a week. But what's even more important you need a good diet.
Focus on stomach, do sit ups with short period of rest so your fat burns. If you're going cardio make sure you add some serious sprint.
No they aren't evquivalent, they're just the four-ish different Cardio workouts that I do.
I work out 4 times a week, usually
Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Sunday
I know I should space them out but that's my freetime so
Workout cosists off:
30km cycle (either along my route and to the gym, or rarely on a stationary bike)
25min Pliates + Stretching
40Mins Resistence/Weights training.
