I just finished my first race ever. 8,8 km in 46:07. It was the fastest I have ever run and I had in mind to run just like when do training but it turned out impossible. The train of people drives you to run and run and run.
I am really happy but I hope my body won't do a strike on me because I want to prepare for another race 10km by the end of December.
As for height and weight, before I started my running training I think I were 170/78 and my goal is to lose 6kg.
