I'm becoming incredibly frustrated at neck pains that I get not rarely and I've no clue what I do that causes them. 
On another note, what do you people think of a 3 day split with legs on Monday, triceps/biceps/shoulders on Wednesday and back/chest on Friday? Basically a leg day, arm day and chest/back day. Would that be effective?
Currently I'm doing legs/shoulders on Monday, back/chest on Wednesday and chest/triceps on Friday. The problem is the biceps and triceps part...the back and chest routines really exhaust me and my biceps and triceps feel sore even before I start to work on them(because they're heavily used in most back/chest exercises).
