Though leg press is probably one of the easier exercises, that is a lot of weight. :D

I know what you mean with putting/taking of weight, that's why I switched to squats. Half times the weight, 3 times the effect.

I didn't get the "You're an Adonis part". Whas that aimed at Tahir or me? Because I didn't leg press 245kg. :p
Yeah, I read that somewhere. They don't know my pain right now though :D

How long have you been working out V?

I didn't even know who Adonis was; had to look it up and no..I'm no Adonis :D

Around 4,5 months. I'm no expert but I've learned and progressed quite a lot in the time. For next summer, my goal is; beast! :D

Indeed. Though I've discovered, bench press with dumbells is a hell of a lot more effective. At least for me.

As for squats, I don't think I'll ever be able to do 1.5 my bodyweight. I'm doing just above my weight currently, around 90kg, and that completely exhausts me. Though in my defense, I only started squatting around month and half ago.
Very few people do the dumbbells right, plus its more dangerous on your rotators. i would start my workout week with squats i think you d make more gains all over doing that

That is true, I tried dumbells early on and my hands were flying all over the place, especially my left one. :p But after a few months of regular bench I've gained strength and slowly switched to dumbells. It's not much harder if you start with lighter weight, till you get the technique right(but I guess that goes for any exercise).

I do start my week with squats. Monday is leg day, Wednesday back, Friday chest.

Anyone here have an opinion on the P90X training regimen? Everyone I've spoken to tell me that it is 90 hours of hell, but the results are amazing.

I acquired the program yesterday, and I'm curious to give it a shot.

How many times during week you train V??

Oh, and today I've been at my friens house, had a barbecue, those kebabs won't and beer won't do me any good for my workout :D

Muscle confusion isn't a real thing, but extreme rotating workouts will aboiouvly get you ripped but you're fitness won't increase at the same level, it will increase a lot just not equal to you're toning.

It's basically money for old rope.

Like I said, Mon/Wed/Fri. Don't think anyone needs any more, if they're not overly serious with, ie going pro or something.

I aksed because most folks here are going from 4 to 6 time per week. I used to 4-5 times per week, but I think maybe to train every other day or smth like that. I will be more rested and and will have more strenght and that should help me in bigger gains.

As long as your muscles get 5 - 7 days rest. And that can still be done training 5 days a week.
