the second thing is what do u guys do to get over the pain that hits yr body after yr first few times at the gym?? is there any analgesic u use ( like voltern tablets, injection, or olfen etc.....)
I eat bananas when I get sore muscles thats what I was told to do after i overexerted myself. I think it works although I ate like 8 bananas. I don't know how true it is but it worked for me.
