Biohackers are people who want to reach their full physical, intellectual, mental potential with the help of cutting-edge science and medicine as an addition to all traditional healthy life habits (exceptionally rational eating, exercising, sleeping, etc.). Those of them who are rich spend hundreds of thousands dollars a year on the best nutrition specialists and doctors prescribing them a lot of expensive pills that are supposed to help them become perfect. Some of them are seriously preoccupied with the idea of immortality to which, as they think, they are getting closer with what they do.

I already mentioned stressing out over eating does more harm than good esp if you're already eating moderately healthy (stressing out over anything does) and that one should have a varied, diverse species focused diet. So, I'm not sure why you're repeating the same things back to me.

When I say you lack reading comprehension, it's a fact based observation, not an insult.

And you can eat however many bags of Lays you want. Having a discussion on food & nutrition doesn't mean I am or anyone else is telling you to stop.

For how long has she been on it?

You lose a lot of water weight in the beginning.
About 2 months.

'She like to argue so I sent that bitch to law school' @Dru

The real question here is what is the best diet to achieve immortality
The blood of children works for me.

My sister has lost 10 kilos on the keto diet. It's not a magical diet or anything but she likes it enough to stick to it for long.
The fact that she's even minding what she's doing is more than half of that, regardless of what she does.

I am not a marathon runner.
But you still could be, unlike be an effective sprinter. Endurance training and longer distances are often what people prefer when they get older and it's just because how human body works.

The longest distance i'v ever ran is half marathon and it 1.35 but it was without any proper training, just some uphill interval drills + tennis/football, which obviously gave me some type of endurance, but i have to say, it was the most painful 1.35 i'v ever spent on my life so far considering i ran it with a guy, who had full marathon on his belt. Im more of a 400-800m runner, faster than 99.9% but still lacking some maximium speed for 100m even i'd get ahead on start, but still having PB at 11.13 even tho, that was 10 years ago before i went to army and i never participated on any trainings, just football background but i guess i'd have had chance to make it for something like ~10.50 with proper training. 400-800m works way better for me, would be nice to try and get below 50 seconds before i turn to 30, still that ~51 is what i did 10 years ago remains as a PB on 400m.

why did you hate it?

id been considering trying it out but mostly because i like the idea of following a structured program made by someone else who knows more about fitness than i do.
Really because I just hate exercises that cause my heart rate to increase, unless it's football

But it's not bad, I dont get why it has such a bad rep. Not a bad choice for increasing fitness imo.

You pay $100+ a month to get injured.
If you don't know what you're doing

Has a really high rate of injuries though. Is it all about doing everything properly and not being clumsy or also has to do with all the exertion?

Think it's more of a fad than anything.
