You need to up your "realise" game. You are fallin' into the fitness/supplements trap of uneducated minds who wants to believe in anything just to improve their results. You should look up Kali Muscles' Hyphy Mud or maybe Mike Changs afterburn fuel, just your type of supplement.

Do you need more evidence or do you prefer to rely on ignorance?

It's quite impressive how people just want to believe in anything to look good, get thinner or be stronger.

It's all about effort in terms research, work load, your macros and persistence. The natural way of fitness, bodybuilding and powerlifting is the slow way.

Awesome! Stronk shit.

I didn't say i believed in it. I never heard of it or i wouldn't have asked, and the claims aren't that ridiculous - energy boost, better absorption of nutrients - to make it obviously absurd.

Have you ever heard of Boisbande?

Awesome! Stronk shit.
While Maddy is saying this is a strong slightly offensive way, he's spot on actually.
If it gives direct results, its illegal. When the product says its giving direct results, they are lying.

The entire supplementation market is based on people wanting to believe anything for extra gains, please dont follow this crap. Its why i made these walls of text about what certain molecules do.

Good sleep, diet, vitamins and training are the very core. Whey doesnt make you big. Increasing your protein intake allows you to be IF, you sleep well, eat well, and train well.

Preworkouts help recover the muscle a little bit better. Creatine, beta alanine, Citruline malate, tyrosine, vitamin C, some cafeine. This works but its nothing close to illegal products. Use preworkouts if you can afford everything else.
If you cant, stick to cafeine. 250 pills of 250mg cafeine cost like just 12 dollar.

I made huge strength gains this year. Why ? Cause i trained much better on better schedules, cause i eat alot better, cause i sleep more and cause i sacrifice social life and gf a bit to recover better instead of getting wasted.
My supps ? Been the same for a while now.

70% of bodybuilding is in the food and sleep. Think about that guys.

Welcome back Zach, please try to not be banned again :D

And about supplements, I totally agree, they are good addition only if your training and diet are good, and if you have money. Sometimes I buy them just to get a little bit of extra motivation, but they are not some kind of magic potion that will make you big and strong. And if you have tight budget, than stick to the basic stuff like protein, creatine and vitamins, also you should look for supplements than can help achieve your goals and not go buy deafult ones that everyone is buying.

Welcome back Zach.

Hope you are a lot calmer now so we can benefit from your experience here.
Calmer ? I've been a whole lot calmer for the past 8 months, and if you bothered checking my infractions you'd know that

Example ? before your bullshit, i got one for the ebola case, one for a member supporting isis, and one for writing in capitals, wich was in august.

I've actually put some efford in "beeing calmer", and your bullshit infractions make me twice as angry now as a result.

I dont give a shit that you dont like me calling our your bad posts. Dont abuse your modding power

And get your weak ass out of the lifting thread. kthxbye

Never laugh at fat people working out. Laugh at fat people eating junk to shame them into working out.
I didn't laugh, i was hypnotised by the giggling and was caught under her spell :shifty:

I never laugh at those of a rotund nature,, gym's should be as welcoming to them as possible to deal with the western obesity epidemic.

A fat women was using an elliptical machine today without a bra on, in front of the leg press :sergio:

What are the percentrages of?
Percentage of my 1rep max after part 1 of my smolov routine

Didnt eat properly today, was hungry when i got to the gym, only managed 2 reps at 95%

65%*3 , 75%*3 , 90%*3*3; 95%*2*1

Its promising. Need to do 5sets of 4*90% on saturday. Hopefully it goes better.

This 10000 %

When i carried 30kg of fat after my horrible 2013, the aethetic bro's and fit&body lads at the gym were mostly disrespectfull regardless of the weights i was doing.
Now i lost ~33kg of fat and gained 5 kg of muscles and push even higher weights, they want to socialise.

They can fucking fuck off and die in the fire of their families i burned.

Warm up your rotator cuff before doing excercises that work the chest and shoulder.
Tuck your ellbows in more.

Dont take a break, lower the weight and extend to warmup.

Any of you guys have any ideas about forearm pain ? Every time i do EZ bar/barbell curls i feel like my forearm is going to explode . Diminishing my grip strength slowly while I let go of the weight helps , but it is still pretty painful .

Post ironic posted so forearm videos a few pages back.

I've had issues with my forearms and curls, I found that moving curls to the end of my session and dropping the weight down helped a lot. I tried this two weeks ago and all the pain has gone. It's also helped improve my form.

You could also try hammer curls, they focus more on the width of the bicep so there is less stress on the forearm.

Your bicep tendons are inflammated. Use anti inflammatory agent and put an icepack on it after training.
