JAH's power is with me when I run. Seriously though, I don't know. I think I will get better results if I lay down the herb, something I am willing to experiment very soon.
I'm sure it would...

But if you like an occasional evening session to unwind, maybe a vaporizer is in order? I used to own a Volcano... nice little piece of German engineering. A bit pricey though... back in 2000-2001, mine was about $750. I was in a local shop a few months back, and they were basically in the same range (they have a digital one as well now, but that seems a little much, and there are more parts that can fail).

I remember that it won some random awards for medical innovation back in the day... used for cancer and aids patients. Not quite the same without the smoke, but the high is still nice, and you don't get nearly as burnt out. A much healthier alternative.

This was an outstanding vaporizer...of course you may not like vaporizers, some people don't.

I was the lazy one, I ran three times the past three weeks, where I used to run at least three times per week with two gym sessions and one core training. Today I managed to go out and completed 11 km, I have become slow and heavy but it was great that I did it, now I have to continue.

On a sidenote, it was snow everywhere and -5 degrees Celcius.

Ok, time for me to jump into this thread.

I've gained about 17kg in the past year, due to my diet being pretty, and my activity dropping down to zero (no more soccer or jogging, plus I quit my job and started working from home).

I finally decided to do something about it, so for the past two weeks I've been very strict about what and when I eat, cutting out sugary and high-carb foods and liquid calories.

I'm currently nursing a bad ankle so I can only run a little bit at a time (mostly going for 30-40 minute walks), and I just went out last night and bought a 20kg dumbbell set and 15kg barbell set.

I'll let y'all know how it goes :)

I haven't been able to hit the gym in a long time as I've been really busy. I'll probably go from Monday till the end of the month when my subscription runs out. Then I'll probably join the company gym where I think I'll be more active...

Dude, I'm getting married in less than 7 months, so I need to get in shape... No more excuses now.
I don't see the logic, if she'll take you the way you are now, what's the point of getting in shape? You should become a slob when you're married. :p

Ah okay then, you want to show off on your big day, I get that. There'll be plenty of time to slob up during the years. :D
