Ahh ok, then i am on the right track! We ran 8km for like a month or two to increase the lapsspeed.
HIIT is great, we do that once a week but only for like half an hour because our energy was completly gone after the session.
We do variate locations, i like the beach, bit cold during the fall and winter or in the woods.
Vondelpark is a nice run! Not that big but many joggers and great paths to run but i think you will like the Bosbaan more because it's half wood and half Asphalt. One lap of the Bosbaan is 5.7 km tho you can combine it with actually go in the Amsterdamse Bos and make it 10,15 or even 20
