It seems like my fat has started to melt, which is not weird, but I think I have some extra skin on my stomach. I can pull some and look like a shar pei. Any idea why that happened, or how to fix it? :D I hope the answer won't be cardio.
You dog!!!

Guys I have question that is very important to me.

I have a diabetes type I for 20 yrs now, I am healthy person and diabetes don't make me any problems. Now I'm taking Shock Therapy before training and Storm after, but somehow after my training my blood sugar level goes up, which wasn't the case before. I also take gainer after my workout and I know that many will now think that's the reason but I was also taking it before those two supplements too. Only one day my sugar level stayed ok after training and supplements. So, now I'm wondering what's the deal. Is it maybe random or it could have something with iNOXsulin-7 and insulin potentiators that storm have? My English is not so great so I don't really know what is "insulin potentiators" and do they affect me?

I would really appreciate every response because it's very important to me.

Thats a tricky thing Ogg.

I am no expert but you should consult your Doctor or a Dietitian at least.

Or you can ask the some at some specialist forums, like bodybuilding.com or something of that sort, there are loads of experts there..

I already posted the same question at bb.com and I will see. They have thread for Diabetes type I.

Doctors here are mostly shit, for a long time even when I turned 18 I stayed with my paediatrician, but than I had to change doctor and this one doesn't know anything. Last time I visited my doctor to consult about problem I had, doctors response was "you know your body and illness best, so try it and see" :wallbang:

Let us know how it goes. I think some products may take a while before they kick in in the system, thats why you didn't see an immediate change. You haven't mentioned how long ago have you been on those supps.

Did you have any thing else? perhaps some grape juice which I know it increases insulin level in the body.

Nah, I've been using this products for seven days now. I will make a few little tests, today I took the supplement and measured my blood sugar level, I will wait for couple of hours and measure it again. So if it's supplement I should see it. I will also do the same tomorrow before and after my workout. It should give me a better picture.

Fruits have lots of sugar but if you are working out properly then there is no problem in eating fruits anytime. I eat fruits late in the evening and I am still not fat.

Fruits' sugar is much more healthy and productive to the body than the artifitial one used in chocolates, cakes, sweetening drinks,...etc. Almost all of the sugar fruit is glucose which is easily burnt and passed to the body cells through the blood veins which makes no need what so ever for Insulin to be used.

At least this is what they taught us in school :p

It depends honestly on how your body treat carbs\sugar. Some people's bodies do not digest sugar properly and it gets stored in their bodies as fat. Those type of bodies are usually allowed to have 1 piece of fruit a day only.
