I haven't been in the gym for over a week now. I've been feeling better the past 2 days and the only remnant of my flu, or whatever I had, is coughing up that green mucus. What do you guys think, should I hit the gym today, tommorow or wait till everything completelly goes away?
Until it completely goes away, believe me. I've been through that and I tried to workout while being sick - it sucks. I had like 60% of my strength and when I finished I felt like train run over me. The day after I was in the even worse condition. Maybe it was just me but I'd skip it until fully recovered.

On the other hand, I just finished with my workouts and my num num shake. I feel great and I have a feeling I could break my wall. :D

Consuming less food with sugar will help you to lose fat so it's just a bonus. I'll not ignore it totally but I'll just cut it a bit.
I know, but isn't your goal to gain mass/muscle? You ain't gonna look good if you rip your abs and look skinny as hell. And since you are fan of Vince del Monte he also said that it's better and easier to gains mass with some fat and than rip the fat, than try to gain lean mass.

Too late for me.

I have a shape now even though I don't have many kilos. But the shape is there and abs are getting out. If I add fat and sugar now I'll probably gain 5+ kgs but I'll look different and lose this.

I do want mass but I don't want to be huge, I'd like to have mass but to have under 9% body fat. Now I'll try to eat more proteins and cut fat/sugar so I could grow bigger and cut it at the same time.

Or stop talking about your green slimy mucus :D
Why? I love that slime. It's great when you cough and actually have something to show for it.

Too late, I did a full body yesterday and I feel good. I'm not sick anymore, no runny nose is gonna stop me. :strong:
I think I'll take it on another level. I might cut down the sugar.
Dude, you're so fag with your abs. :p

OK, I'm about to start to train again in couple of days, I finally decided to change my workout program and I'm unsure what program I should try.

I was thinking to try Christian Thibaudeau's OVT but still I've red that he changed his opinion on this program, and many say it basically helps you to loose fat only.

Also I'm not fond of typical training programs like: Chests/biceps, shoulders/legs etc. I'm not find since I've tried upper/lower body program that showed great to me.

Still I'm open to suggestions, my goal is to bulk up-

Man, he is big... Still that doesn't answer my question :D
Whats your question? If its the above post you are after, then it is simple. I am not very familliar with the terms of other programs but to get big, eat big. a meal every 2-3 hours. Aim for 2 grams of protein per body pound. Get your sleep in check (7-9 hours) and then stick to basic movements, like Bench, Pull Ups, Squats, Shoulder presses.

If you are looking for some workout programs, you will find them posted here

right or wrong are relative in this case. It may disgusting to you but to another it maybe lots of hardwork and dedication. Natural or not, that's a different argument.

Just for the record, I am not in favor of steroids or anything of that sort.
