Hit the gym after 5 days because of cold. I need to be more regular...
I'm on my 5th day now because of the same reason. Worse thing about it is, it ain't getting better. I think I'm gonna hit the gym tommorow and try and sweat it out. If I die on the bench, so be it.

I went the first day with a cold and it was alright. The second day I had to pull off midway because I was feeling really uneasy. If you aren't feeling any better I think its better to stay off for a couple more days. Otherwise your body will take even more time to heal itself..

Right on track. I have a smaller race on Saturday, it will be good to test my tempo. As I said, today HIIT and on Thursday I will try an 18km run. Saturday will be only a 12km but during races I always run at a higher heart rate.

I want to do more core training but I feel tired even before starting them.

Excellent session today,

3km warming up followed by 10 x (1 min + 1 min) intervals then 3km jog back, with the last km under heavy rain.

I haven't been in the gym for over a week now. I've been feeling better the past 2 days and the only remnant of my flu, or whatever I had, is coughing up that green mucus. What do you guys think, should I hit the gym today, tommorow or wait till everything completelly goes away?
