Having a meeting between themselves with no coaches around. Having the leaders saying what they feel should be done by the players and change things around. I always thought DP should voice his opinion more to the public and players. Maybe he does at training where nobody sees it but it makes a better impact when you go on TV and tell the boys they should wake up. Things like that.
