Edu is gone to valencia, Pizarro/Rosicky might also cost to us,
the truth is Guti is a class player, he manage to find a place in real superstars eleven many times and not only against small teams,
even that is extremely dif considering the competition,
he cannot be compared with the solutions our team currently has,
he will be in our first eleven for sure,
his profile as a player(more defensing and materialist than fantazista) fits the italian game much more than many other spain type of footballers.
Its not about the looks but his caracter,
rumored to divorce his wife for a travesti and stuff like that,
he has some tendicy to create small problems with some players and stuff like that put him in in the first places at many hate lists.
The fact that he is 29 and he will cost us something doesnt help,
there are sure many more options to consider in his age and price.
remember that borussia is in bankrupt and they will sell rosicky for sure....

I think some people here just have extraneous and silly reasons for disliking Guti, which is rather immature if you ask me. If you can't admit Guti is a decent player you might as well not even comment on him.
Exactly. I can understand people wanting better than Guti but if the price is right he would be a good squad player. He's a better passer than all of our central midfielders and much better going forward than Blasi and Tacchinardi. I myself would prefer someone like Tomas Rosicky or David Pizarro but if we could get Guti for say 3m it would be a good deal. Afterall it's not like if we can obtain Pablo Aimar and company for peanuts.

He's a decent player TBH, and would definitely be a plus. Let's use our heads, not our hearts.
Precisely. I for one would rather get Guti and Pizarro for a combined fee of 15m than sign Aimar for 25m.

thats what inter would do :D and Aimar for 25m? He’s injury prone and wouldn’t cost half of that

Guti is not a player, who would fit into Juve system of play. He is too slow and too weak in body-body play. We need to sign Rosicky. We got Giannicheda, so our back-up DM is covered now. Now we need a AMC.
So it would look like this:

Camo---Emo---Rosicky
--------Nedved---------
-----Zlatan-----Cassano

Mutu - out for Cassano + €
DP - bench
Trez - Bench
Giannicheda-bench

3mil for Guti is ok,
but i ve heard rumors like 20mil,
unexceptable, or even an Emo swap deal!!

(El Mundo Deportivo)

"Cap seems to need a player like Guti,
RM values this player about 20mil
and the Italian giants might want to reduce the cost of the transfer offering RM's target,Emerson to complete the deal."
