Dude I've heard lots of prejudice bullshit from all over the world, mostly towards everyone but their own nation. These are made by dumb people, so you spreading them because you heard some idiot say it is just as stupid.
I follow the game all my life dammit. Juve week by week for 13 years already and Italian football much longer. I have my own eyes to see things I don't like. I don't need a Croat commentator, an Arab immigrant, an American student or a Turkish truck driver to tell me something about calcio so I'd spread it around.

So feel free to disagree with me but get off my back and let me think what I think about Italian football.

I've seen it million times and heard what Bilic had to say about it many times.

The BBC "expert" says that Blanc hardly touched Bilic. That destroys whatever their intention was with this video.
Croatians were dubbed cheaters that day and they are still known like that today.

Does that sound fair?

:agree:

As we all know, only biased and bitter people dare to criticize the Azzurri. The realistic ones would never ever do something like that.
This bit is something:

If Bilic was Italian you'd have already taken Blanc to court and accused him of genocide and a French conspiracy to kill all the Italian footballers.

It was a malicious direct kick in Bilic's face. No matter how you twist it, it was a direct red card. Bilic could have acted as if all his bones are broken but it doesn't take away the fact that it was a red card foul.

And no, it's not the same with Grosso's penalty, because many will say that it was hardly a penalty and they'll be right.

But they are not known like that today ;)

In every single team you'll find a player who fakes an injury, wasted time, dived etc. Still, if you create a poll about the team that does it the most (traditionally) where everyone in the world can vote, Italy will win hands down.

Is that a coincidence?

It's indeed an annoying stereotype. If someone followed serie A in the last 2 seasons, he will tell you that there has been much less of those dirty things lately. But you can't possibly neglect the fact that the Italians were and still are masters of that. They will carry the label for a long time if they don't change. I think they're changing, slowly but they are, so with time it could be a thing of the history. But right now they wull have to live with the label and they won't be taken seriously when they call foul play. Tough, but it's reality.

Ow they are known like that, I can assure you. In fact, during the last Euros whenever Bilic was in the picture, people around me started talking about the cheater and his cheating team.

Italians are not the master of this by the way. Northern Africans are.

Sure

Oh, that annoying "Croatian cheaters" stereotype. It's all over the media when Croatia plays and you can hear it in every bar.

Unless you watched the match in France, I know that you are lying.

The Northern Africans are only students who will eventually be better than their master.

And by North African nations you mean Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Talk about fuckin generalizing

Hey, I don't agree with the stereotype. I was too busy with looking at Suker to care about Bilic anyway. It isn't all over the media, no, but a lot of people still remember that incident and they still dislike Croatia over it.

Football teams in the Middle East are best at doing it. Our players schooled everyone in their game against Australia in World Cup 98 qualifications. The ref added 8 minutes of additional time :touched:
