Both times wasted time there though.

I don't think you've seen the Algeria game. Many people were stunned :D.
I've seen it. It was terrible.

Still ,not much different than Italy-Mexico. That match in 2002 was terrible too. The difference was that the result suited both teams.
But if they didn't just pass the ball to each other for the last 10 minutes (which is just like fixing a match 2:2, btw ;) )then maybe Ecuador would have qualified for the next round.
They didn't even try to do anything and played for the result that suited both Mexico and Italy.

Not really. And yes, it's just like fixing a game 2-2 at some point. But you choose to complain about this and you're just fine with Denmark and Sweden.

However this does not compare to a goalie who simply decides by himself that the game is over.

Seriously dude, grow up and stop trolling. You dig up these things you can find about the italian team even though it happens all the time and then it's not a problem for you. Bilic is still a saint and all that...

And still it's not cheating old man. That word is too strong for that.
It's not even strong enough. Hell, I'm more okay with a guy diving his way to World Cup glory than someone who thinks he has the right to suspend the game.

It was the WORST thing I've ever seen a football player do.

It is cheating if it means there's no game anymore. You can't score a goal then fake injury for 88 minutes. That's just plain wrong.
I didn't say its right. And the time wasted for treating an injury on-field is supposed to be taken into account by the ref when additional time is added.

Yes, but you know they never add all the time.

Especially not when that means you have to play another 28 minutes. I was surprised he wasn't banned.

It is a problem to me when a team like Algeria does that, or if Sweden and Denmark really fixed the match. It is a problem for you and Seven.
But if only Italy-Mexico was mentioned you'd have tried to justify it. I am actually showing you how easy you can be shut down.

And I am trolling just because I mentioned something negative the Azzurri did?

It's not cheating because the ref can always punish that kind of play and he can always add more minutes to the game but it's not fair either.
By that logic there is no such thing as cheating in football as there is always an option for a ref to disallow a goal/card a player/not give a freekick/add on extra time.

Maradona, with his 'hand of God' goal, didn't cheat because the ref could have disallowed the goal.

See, that's what makes you sound stupid to me. You don't know the first thing about me, but your anti-fanboy blindess created this stereotype italian supporter that, in your mind, every italy fan fits into perfectly. Dumb people tend to label groups of people in that fashion, often with racial stereotypes, you just do it with NT fans.

You called me all kinds of names in the last 5 hours and I am the one giving labels and judging people?

I don't know you but I know Seven and I know how much he moaned about the 2:2 between SWE and DEN and I know what was the main reason he moaned about it. Not because that match was fixed, but because it happened to Italy. ITA-MEX was a reply to his moaning about Sweden-Denmark.

Would you have preferred heavy moderation and every post in the last several pages be warned for being off topic as they don't relate to Group C at this World Cup?
