You are not rude, your debateing
I don't base my opinion on Capello hear say, i saw him play and he is very quick, good passer, great crosser, he reminds me of Zambro...He can't do worse in defence that Molinaro...+ he is Italian...He is experianced seria A player...so
yeah i see were your coming from but in my opinion whilst he is a good passer and crosser he just doesnt have that next step to his game which makes a big difference, whilst this might sound hypothetical i think it could kinda be measured on a players ability to impose themselves on the game and a good player even a defender will have a certain control to their game which Pasqual just doesnt possess.. further, his defensive abilities are widely questioned and having watched him alot i can say those questions are justified.. He does tick a lot of boxes but when it comes down to it i think he just hasnt got that sense i talked about above nor do i think he has that extremely rare ability to gain them in his game

Vargas. He might be to expensive though.

If Milan are out the equation, there isn't much of a bidding war. I wouldn't go any higher than 10 million euro's. If they ask for more, I would rather bring in De Ceglie and use w/e different is saved on other areas of the team.

Forget about Pasqual though. Viola will ask for alot given our rivalry and the fact were very close in the standings.

Grosso. Why Grosso? because he is the eldest and the future is De Ceglie. If we get any of the other it means that it will be a combination of New player/Molinaro.

Gross/De Ceglie on another hand is a long shot, De Ceglie will learn from a world champion and in no time he will take the lead.

I think anyone of the LB's in the poll would be great but Vargas would be my pick of the lot, then probably pasquale ... does anyone think Clichy is a possiblilty?

I would like Sagna for our RB and vargas for LB. Sagna has great positioning and has a real nice cross. plus he never stops running.

Juventus Make Offer For Dossena – Report

Juventus have made a €6.5m bid for Udinese star Andrea Dossena, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 26-year-old has been a revelation for the Zebrette this season, and his attacking raids down the left-hand side saw him make his Italy debut last November against South Africa.

Juventus are searching for a left back to challenge the error-prone Cristian Molinaro next season.

The Gazzetta says that the Bianconeri have already presented Udinese with a preliminary €6.5m bid. This is likely to be well under the valuation of the player, given his quality, however it is just the beginning of the bargaining.

Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri is preparing for next year’s probable Champions League foray and wants two quality players in each position.

Another possible left-back choice could be Lyon’s Fabio Grosso, however his transfer value of €11m is likely to scare Juve off.

Finally the Old Lady are also looking for a right-back, and Arsenal’s Bacary Sagna, also valued at €11m, is said to be an option.

Sagna only moved to North London last summer from French club Auxerre, and has been a regular this season.

Pasqual or Grosso, anyone is cool with me. Pasqual is a good youngish LB who has never played for a big club, that's always a plus. Grosso is a good, experienced LB, he is old but that might be good so we can integrate De Ceglie; plus, he's hot. And they're both Italian.

I would go for Grosso first. He'd be a good mentor for De Ceglie.

After that I'd go Vargas, Pasqual, Dossena. I don't see Pasqual actually moving though. I can also see Vargas going for over 11 million euro in a bidding war.

Another guy I'd consider to bolster depth is Giandomenico Mesto. He can play wingback, wing and central midfield. He's an upgrade on Molinaro, Grygera, Birindelli and Salihamidzic, and is more reliable than Marchionni or Olivera (who hopefully isn't coming back).

The only one of those that I would be positive about is Vargas. The others I would probably throw up in my mouth if we spent big bucks on them.
