I put $20 million on Airemu and i am now blowing up Flyus planes by jumping out and parachuting away as it goes down to crash. They are direct rivals so if one goes down the other generally goes up.

that doesn't work, people have done that and airemu doesn't change or increases

still haven't finished after like 55 hours got like 7 missions left I think, im going to finish the story last. Wish they put more missions, should be like 100 instead of 69.. I'm getting close to 100% now, the biggest things to do will be collect spaceship parts, letter scraps and do all stunt jumps.

Anyone looking to make some big money just by completing some side missions, help is at hand :)

once you've completed the Merryweather heist you will need to purchase the Sonar Dock Collection property (North west on the map). This does cost quite a bit, 250K to be precise, but the financial payback is worth the investment.

Purchasing the property unlocks two side missions. The first is the Nuclear waste collection mission, there are 30 barrels to be picked up, each worth $23,000 which means a payout of $690,000!

The second mission, a 'Freaks and Strangers' quest, involves you picking up the remains of a sunken submarine (30 pieces in all). Although the mission itself doesn't result in any cash payout, many of the locations you visit also happen to be the same as that of the hidden packages (not to mention a plethora of guns, body armour and health). I think its 10 out of the 12 hidden packages you'll find at these locations with a combined payout of 120,000 approximately.

Im not gonna lie, it took me a few hours to collect all this stuff but the profit made was totally worth it.
$560,000 if I'm not mistaken and that money if invested properly on the stock market using Lesters tips could easily turn into a few million. Hope this helps some of you guys

not really, you need to do it for 100%. best is Michael with full stamina.

it's like 7 min swim across alamo sea, then like 15 min bike ride from alamo sea into the city then around the city on the bike and then finally a 4-5 min run up the hill to the same place michael and dave (? fbi guy) get ambushed.

Cool, im kind of taking a break from the main missions at the moment and doing the small side quests and just generally pissing about. Im at 60% completion now and definitely want to stretch the storyline out a little longer.

With regards to the properties, how the are u supposed to afford 150 million for a golf course let alone the 10 million for the cinema?

Yeah the storyline is way too short, San andreas had like 150 missions and IV had like 100 I think. I've done 63 out of the 69 so far, I'm just going for 100% and achievements now before I finish the story, then GTA online.

Lester missions, some people did those missions last. Apparently each player gets like $30m from the last heist so if you invest that into the stocks from Lester missions some people made billions.

Ah brilliant, I think ive one or two of his quests left to do so ill hold off until the big payout, cheers for the tip.

Could complain that there weren't enough missions but online will give this game serious longevity. Plus I think there'll be mission downloads at a later stage.

Yeah the DLC could be interesting, but I think they said it will be smaller than the episodes from LC. Maybe at most some seperate missions, kind of like the DLC in Fallout. I bet most of it will be online though, that will be their main focus.

After all the ufos and alien easter eggs people are finding, maybe there will be some kind of alien/conspiracy DLC. They barely even touched places like the military base, prison, mt chiliad and government facility on east coast in the missions.

Online has like 700 missions apparently, so there should be plenty to do there. I think there are a lot more heists and stuff like that in online.
