Nah, Quag's a decent player I don't think he's overrated. I'd still take Pandev and Dzeko over him though.
He is definitely overrated. I think many people are consumed over his tendency to score wonder goals, but that might not continue with bad form. Never thought much of him.

Would you take Brian Chink over Quag?
:lol2: Come on, who do you think I am, Bob Bradley?

Then and now :D

If we count all the players that are playing now we could make great team at least on par with Italy I think. Also our mentality could do wonders, but also could destroy us.

But hey we (Yugoslavia) were called Brazil from Europe :D
We'd lack a DM. :D
Handanovic could be the goalkeeper
Corluka, Vidic, Ivanovic, Simunic in defense.
4 of Modric, Stankovic, Srna, Rakitic, Misimovic, Kranjcar for the midfield.
2 of Zlatan :)D), Vucinic, Dzeko, Pandev, Jovetic, Eduardo, Zigic in attack.

For DM we could use an Albanian player. Lorik Cana of Marseille is from Kosovo, but i don't know if he's a DM or more of a playmaker.

Not a great team but solid and probably top 10 in the world.

Cana is a pure DM destroyer. Pretty good player.

You guys would be sick. I'd take your squad over Italy's. :D

One thing Quag isnt is that he is overrated. Not at all. This forum is a good indication of that. In contrast seems to be slightly underrated considering he is being called shit this or that.

He isnt in general either, just some overenthusiastic simpletons who rave over his goals, but in overall he is rated as he should be.

For a DM we could also use Rahimic he is regular for CSKA.

Plus you forgot Subotic in defense, than Krasic (I think he also play as a DM), also I think that Olic would play at least instead of Zigic, and we could also add Pjanic as a potential to be great.

The best part is that all of theese players come to my mind just as a first thought. Also important thing would be stronger league that would help us produce more talents :D

Damn mouthwatering :D (and we only talked about football :))

Agreed. But the thing about him is that when he's not in shape, he's useless. Then again, he's a miracle man and could score a goal out of nothing. I think that, with having four other strikers, he could be a great addition.

Lotito issues Pandev warning

Thursday 21 May, 2009

Lazio chief Claudio Lotito has warned Goran Pandev that his career will disintegrate if he leaves Rome.

Pandev has been a star for the Aquile over the last few seasons with a proven eye for goal.

Of late the Macedonian international has been tipped to join Juventus and Inter, but Lotito thinks that move would be a mistake.

“I have read that Pandev wants to leave and that his desire is not related to money,” Lotito told the Corriere dello Sport.

“The club have no intention of selling him. If I were to give him honest advice I would say that players who have left Lazio in the past have done badly from a football point of view.

“As a club we never put him on the market, but it does seem like he wants to leave, so we will see what happens.”
