It's funny people bring up Tevez when talking about Higuain and his failures in the CL. The same Tevez who had a zero goals in 6 games the season we got dumped in the group stages. His one goal in the Europa league that season was his first goal in Europe since he played for United. He hadn't scored in 20 games or so in Europe before that. Yet he had a great second season in the CL. No reason why Higuain can't do the same.

Benzema iz classic striker in Real and not best scorer. Classic striker is not same as a best scorer. Ronaldo scores a lot more in club as a wing then in national team where must play as a classic striker a lot of times.

Tevez was always playing well, always dangerous, but just not scoring. Higuain basically loses the ball 7 out of 10 times he gets it.

He can play and I will never use one of best todays wings as a 9. Higuain is nature striker and even he is far from perfect I would prefer him to play 9.
